| Shrnutí: | V práci nazvané „Taktiky užívané psychoterapeuty k navázání vztahu a zvládání obtíží v procesu interkulturní psychoterapie“ se zaměřuji na nalezení strategií, taktik a postojů užitečných pro terapeuty a jiné psychosociální profese při práci s lidmi z jiných kultur. V teoretické části definuji klíčová témata z některých publikací americké, rakouské, německé a české literatury, která se vztahují k doporučením a zkušenostem teoretiků, terapeutů a výzkumníků, kteří s oblasti interkulturní psychoterapie působí. Užitečné taktiky a postoje se týkají z části témat zařaditelných do paradigmatu multikulturalismu - kulturní kompetence, rasa, gender a třída, náboženství a spiritualismus. Mezi klíčová témata interkulturní psychoterapie patří proces migrace, zvládání migrační krize a terapeutická práce s traumatem. Při terapeutické práci se dle literatury projevují kulturní zvláštnosti v terapeutickém vztahu, v proměnných klienta, proměnných terapeuta, týmové spolupráci, a „matchingu“ neboli shodě t. In the theses called " Tactics and strategies used by therapist for creation of therapeutic relationship and managing of difficult situations in the therapeutic proces with intercultural clients" I focus on findinf tactics and strategies considered as useful or helpful in the proces of intercultural psychotherapy. Key topic of the teoretic part concern the paradigm of multiculturalism, therapeutic competence, migration proces and migration crizis, trauma and traumatherapy, race, gender and class and factors of therapeutic proces like therapeutic relationship, matching and variables of therapists and client. Using the method of "grounded theory" I define twelve main categories refering one part to the origin and to the form of useful tactics and second part refering to the components of therapeutic proces.
