520 2 |a Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá etickými konflikty v praxi probačních pracovníků. Cílem práce je zjistit, před jaké etické konflikty staví probační pracovníky očekávání, že budou v praxi realizovat metodické postupy dané platnou legislativou, a jak na tyto etické konflikty probační pracovníci reagují. V teoretické části práce autorka vymezuje pojmy očekávání, etika, etický konflikt, hodnoty a principy, profesionál, probační pracovník a metodické postupy. V metodické části popisuje zvolenou metodu a strategii výzkumu, techniku sběru dat, jednotku zkoumání a zjišťování a průběh získávání dat. Další části práce analyzuje a interpretuje základní zjištění, tedy zabývá se tím, jak probační pracovníci vnímají metodické postupy, s jakými očekáváními se dostává do konfliktu očekávání, že budou metodické postupy realizovat, jaké etické konflikty před nimi v důsledku tohoto očekávání vyvstávají, jak na ně reagují, jak se v této identifikaci a reakci na ně uplatňují hodnoty, a konečně k jakému modelu přístupu k praxi probační pracovníci inklinují. V závěru práce autorka shrnuje zjištěné poznatky a navrhuje možná řešení.  |% cze 
520 2 9 |a This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the ethical conflicts, that probation officer can deal with. The aim of this thesis is to discover the kind of ethical conflicts probation officers have to solve, while expecting executing according to the valid legislature and the way probation officers react to these ethical conflicts. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms such as expectation, ethic, ethical conflict, values and principles, specialist, probation officer and methodics. The methodical part describes the chosen method of research and its strategy, technique of data collection, researched unit, and the process of data collection. The following part of the thesis analyses and interprets the essential findings, i.e. deals with the way probation officers perceive the methodics, which expectations collide with the expectations of the realization of the methodics, which expectations collide with the expectations of the realization of the methodics, which ethical conflicts appear due to these expectations, how do they react to them, the way of asserting values in reaction to these conflicts, and finally the model of approach to practice probation officers tend to. In the end, the author concludes and summarizes the essential findings and proposes possible solutions.  |9 eng
