V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy - komunikace, problémový žák a komunikační dovednosti učitele. Následně jsou uvedeny výzkumy, které byly v této oblasti realizovány. Empirická část přináší konkrétní výpovědi učitelů o problémovém chování žáků a hodnocení jejich vlastních komunikačních dovedností. Následně se věnuje praktickým poznatkům ohledně rozvíjení komunikačních dovedností problémových žáků. Přináší zkušenosti učitelů, nabízí možné řešení problémových situací a postupy rozvíjení komunikačních dovedností problémových žáků.  |% cze

This thesis tries to contribute to a research of communication skills of a teacher and their follow-up developing in case of problem pupils. It is based on a hypothesis that one of reasons of problem behaviour is lack of communication or its incorrect application. There are defined basic concepts in theoretical part of the thesis - communication, problem pupil and communication skills of the teacher. Next there are put forward researches which were implemented in this sphere. Empirical part of the thesis gives concrete evidences of theachers about problem pupil behaviour and an assessment of their own communication skills. Next the part is devotes to practical knowledges about developing of communication skills of problem pupils. It gives experiences of theachers, offers a possible solution to problem situations and procedures of developing of communication skills of problem pupils.  |9 eng
