Tato práce se zabývá právním postavením jednatele. Zejména jsem se zaměřila na sporné otázky. Ke každému spornému tématu jsem uvedla postoje soudů a odborné veřejnosti a pokusila jsem se zaujmout k tomu své vlastní stanovisko.
