Autor se pokouší dokázat, že státem kontrolovaný terorismus nebyl v případě Srbska politikou, ale „pouze“ politickým prostředkem k naplnění politických cílů a k udržení se u moci vládnoucí politické elity. |% cze | |

Firstly; in the case of domestic-grown terrorism, the emphasis is on the suppressive acts of state institutions in Yugoslavia towards political opposition and ethnic minority groups, with a special focus on Kosovo as a political case. Secondly; the extent of international participation in regards to the internal department of the Serbian secret service and Yugoslavian army, and their terrorist activities in armed conflicts in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
