Teoretická část se zabývá potřebami seniorů, životem ve stáří, zákonem o sociálních službách a v krátkosti popisuje také činnosti obcí a kompetence jejich pracovníků. Metodologická část vymezuje cíl výzkumu a zdůvodňuje výběr kvalitativní strategie. Také objasňuje operacionalizaci dílčích výzkumných otázek. Předmětem empirické části je rozbor provedených kvalitativních rozhovorů s pracovníky obcí s rozšířenou působností. V závěru práce je formulována odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, která zní: „Jak vnímají pracovníci obecních úřadů zařazených do obcí s rozšířenou působností stávající nástroje posuzování životní situace seniorů - žadatelů o příspěvek na péči?“. Z výzkumu vyplývá že, prvotní záměr této dávky vnímají všechny dotazované pracovnice kladně. Ale v praktickém životě je posuzování životní situace spojeno s řadou problémů.  |% cze 
520 2 9 |a The bachelory work deals with the function care allowance in practice. And so how this benefit is perceived by the workers of the community with expanded competency. The thesis is divided into three units. The theoretical part deals with the seniors´ needs, the life in the age, law of social services and describes the activities of the communities and competence of their workers. The methodological part defines the aim of the research and give reasons for selection of qualitative strategy. It also illustrates the operationalization of partial research questions. The object of the empirical part is analysis the performed qualitative interviews with the workers of the community with expanded competency. In conclusion is formulated answer to main research questions that is: “How the workers of municipal office which belong to the communities with expanded competency perceive the existing instruments of examination the life situations of the seniors - applicant for care allowance.  |9 eng
