| Shrnutí: | Práce se zabývá vývojem koncepcí integrace imigrantů v České republice od pádu komunistické vlády. Rozsah textu je 11 016 slov, bez započtení poznámek. Teoretická část této práce definuje imigranty, integraci, etapy integrace a modely integrace. Popis vývoje koncepcí integrace a intervenčních metod je zahrnut taktéž. Empirická část této práce se zabývá analýzou koncepcí integrace. Výsledky analýzy poskytují přehled vývoje v základních dimenzích politiky integrace. Vývojová tendence koncepcí integrace je integrovat imigranty do společnosti na individuální úrovni a zaměřit se na elementární oblasti integrace (sociální, ekonomickou, kulturní a politickou). S ohledem na asimilační tendence koncepcí integrace je v závěru navržen „čistý“ multikulturní model integrace jako alternativní řešení integrační politiky. The work deals with conceptions of immigrants integration developement in Czech republic since fall of the communist governance. Text scope is 11 016 words without notes. The theoretical part of this work defines immigrants and integration, areas of integration, contrast between european national states and immigrational states, periods of integration and integration models. Description of integration conceptions development and intervention methods is included as well. The empirical part of this work deals with integration conceptions analysis. Analysis results provide view of developement in basic dimensions of integration policy. The integration conceptions trend is to integrate immigrants to the society on individual level and to focus integration on primary areas (social, economical, cultural and political). In relation to assimilation trends of integration conceptions a „pure“ multicultural model of integration is proposed in the conclusion as an alternative solution of integrati. |
