| Shrnutí: | Hlavním cílem předkládané práce bylo zhodnocení výsledku různých způsobů rekonstrukcí v různých úrovních amputace ruky a z jejich srovnání navrhnout algoritmus léčby. U pacientů byla měřena senzitivita a rozsah pohybu rekonstruovaných částí ruky, úchopová schopnost byla hodnocena zvládnutím 20 vybraných činnosti denního života. Bylo vyšetřeno 59 pacientů, u nichž byla rekonstrukce provedena přenosy prstcem z nohy, pět pacientů, u nichž byla provedena rekonstrukce palce kostním štěpem a lalokem, jeden pacient s transpozicí prstu na místo palce, dva pacienti s provedenou Krukenbergovou operací a čtyři pacienti používající myoelektrickou protézu. Předmětem práce bylo i zhodnocení morbidity odběrového místa na noze. Byla zhodnocena skupina 72 pacientů, u nichž bylo vyšetřeno 95 nohou po odběrech prstců. Následuje srovnávání výsledků rekonstrukce úchopové funkce ruky těmito metodami. Na základě výsledků byly navrženy následné rekonstrukční operace nebo protetické náhrady dle algoritmu výš. The main aim of the presented work is the evaluation of the results of the different reconstruction methods at the different hand amputation level. Comparing all achieved results we try to propose the therapy algorithm. Post-transfer total range of motion and sensitivity were measured on transferred toes. Functional ability was evaluated by the performance of 20 selected activities of the daily living. 59 patients were examined after the reconstruction of the toe from the foot, five patients after the reconstruction of the thumb with the bone graft and flap, one patient with the heterotopic finger to thumb transposition, two patient with the Krukenberg operation and four patients with the myoelectric prosthesis. The aim of the work is also evaluation of the morbidity of donor site at the foot. Within 72 evaluated patients we compare 95 feet after the toes harvest totally.
