Práce je zaměřena na analýzu dosavadních teoretických poznatků z oblastí, které věnují pozornost poznávání mechanizmu tvorby hodnoty prostřednictvím dělby práce mezi partnery, resp. kooperujících a propojujících se podniků v řetězcích a sítích v informační společnosti, sjednocení těchto poznatků a vytvoření koncepční základny pro další poznávání a budování teorie týkající se tvorby hodnoty pro jednotlivé podniky/organizace v řetězci/síti s využitím potenciálu e-business. V praktické rovině se autorka pokusila zúžit znalostní „mezeru“ v empirickém poznání problematiky disertační práce týkajících se chování českých podniků v souvislosti s jeji. |% cze | |
| 520 | 2 | 9 | |a The purpose of presented doctoral thesis is to contribute to the development of the value and value creation theory in the „network economy“ conditions by the partial consolidation and integration of the highly fragmented existing knowledge and ideas, i.e. to offer more compact conceptual framework, which - if tested - helps to continue on theory building.
