Nejprve je naznačen politický a literární vývoj Spolkové republiky Německo v 50. a 60. letech 20. století. Poté jsou představena vybraná díla Ericha Frieda, jejichž motivem je politická situace 50. a 60. let v Německu i ve světě - Warngedichte a und Vietnam und. Básně jsou analyzovány jak po formální, tak po obsahové stránce. Stejným způsobem probíhá rozbor sbírek Hanse Magnuse Enzensbergera verteidigung der wölfe gegen die lämmer, landessprache a blindenschrift. Díla obou básníků a jejich přístup k uměleckému zobrazení tehdejší politické reality jsou v závěru porovnána. Důležitým měřítkem politické angažovanosti poezie těchto básníků se stává to, do jaké míry splývá autor s lyrickým subjektem svých básní. The diploma thesis deals with the political lyrics of Erich Fried and Hans Magnus Enzensberger, two prominent German writing poets of the second half of the 20th century. The opening part briefly sketches political and literary development of the Federal Republic Germany in the 1950s and 1960s. Then, the author focuses on selected works of Erich Fried, which deal with the political situation in Germany and in the world during these two decades - Warngedichte and und Vietnam und. His poems are analysed both according to their formal structure as well as to their content. The same approach is used for the analysis of the collection of poems of Hans Magnus Enzensberger verteidigung der wölfe gegen die lämmer, landessprache and blindenschrift. In the final part of the thesis, works of both poets and their approach to the artistic reflection of political reality are compared.
