Z jakého dùvodu se zdá, že je úroveò dùvìry a obzvláště důvěry v politické reprezentace u těchto zemí nižší, než u jejich západoevropských protějšků. Je to nízkou zkušeností s demokratickými procesy a demokratickým zpùsobem řízení státu? Je to dìdictví komunizmu, které přetrvává navzdory tomu, že jsou to nyní společnosti svobodné a demokratické? Jsou problémy aplikace demokracie způsobeny vlivem kulturních faktorů SVE regionu? Nebo je to efekt způsobený velkou dynamikou a překotnou a často nepříliš dobře provedenou transformací? | 520 | 2 | 9 | |a This summary work tries to gather relevant information about factors that influences trust in democratic political representation post-communist countries of the Central and Eastern Europe region (CEE). Why the trust and trust in political representation in particular seems to be on lower level than on side of their West European counterparts. Is it just weak practice in democratic processes and democratic governance? Is it heritage of communist rule left in post-communist societies which remains in despite of that the societies are set free and democratic? Is it just culture of the CEE region? Or is it dynamic reaction of the societies to the swift and often uneven transformation process? All those questions are relevant for this thesis work. There is not only one answer to the questions. Part of explanation lies in post-communist heritage. It is argued that totalitarian and communist totalitarian rule pushes the trust from wide society into small, intimate and trustful islands. |9 eng |
