520 2 |a Cílem této práce bylo na základě popisu životní situace nezaměstnaných žen po rodičovské dovolené, z ní vyplývajících specifických potřeb této cílové kategorie a s využitím vlastního výzkumu zhodnotit, jak jsou tyto potřeby naplňovány prostřednictvím aktivizačních programů nabízených uchazečkám úřady práce, konkrétně se jednalo o Úřad práce ve Zlíně. V úvodní části práce se věnuji těm aspektům životní situace (zpracované dle Navrátil, Musil, 2000), které podle mého názoru nejvýrazněji ovlivňují zařazení této cílové kategorie na pracovní trh - tzn. jejich potřebám a vzájemným očekáváním. Další část práce tvoří popis vybraného aktivizačního programu (tj. motivačního kurzu). Empirickou část předkládané práce tvoří zhodnocení kvalitativního výzkumu, který jsem provedla na přelomu února a března mezi účastnice motivačního kurzu pořádaného Úřadem práce Zlíně. Z výsledků rozhovorů vyplývá, že tento kurz naplňoval zejména psychosociální dimenzi potřeb uchazeček - vedl ke zvýšení jejich komunikativnosti, nárůstu sebevědomí, navázání důležitých posilujících kontaktů. Rovněž poskytl dostatek základních informací o fungování trhu práce a možnostech prosazení se na něm, což odpovídá základním potřebám a očekáváním, s nimiž ženy do programu vstupovaly.  |% cze 
520 2 9 |a The reason for writing this work was to describe a life situation of unemployed women after their maternity leave. I tried to find out their specific needs and by my own research I evaluated how special activating programs designed by employment services for this group of unemployeds were able to correspond with unemployed women special needs. At the beginning of this work I described specific aspects of unemployed women life situation (worked out by Navrátil a Musil, 2000), which - in my opinion - were the most important for getting their position on the labour-market. It means their needs and cross demands. Next part of this text is about description chosen activating program (motivation course). In the empiric part of work there is an evaluation of qualitative research performing during February and March between those in motivation course arranged by Unemployment Service in Zlin. As the resultes of my research I can say that this course was able to fill especially psycho-social dimension of job candidates needs. It led to increase of their communicability and self-confidense and also to make important friend relationships. As well it provided a huge sum of essential information about labour market and about ways how the candidates can achieve their goal - get a job. It corresponds with the basic needs and demands which the unemployed women after maternity leave entered into program with.  |9 eng
