Od svého založení v roce 1902 započala s budováním „nových“ lázní v Luhačovicích ve smyslu kulturního a ozdravného střediska Čechů na Moravě. Počáteční plodná, ale krátká spolupráce s Dušanem Jurkovičem, kdy zde vznikly ty nejzajímavější stavby, byla hned v roce 1903 ukončena. První objekt, který zde po Jurkovičově odchodu vznikl byl dům Bedřicha Smetany od Emila Králíka (1908-09). V meziválečném období zde vznikly čtyři stavby: Inhalatorium (1921-22, 1925), mlékárna (1926-27), Administrativní budova (1927) a Společenský dům (1934-35). Práce na dokončení celého areálu byly započaty v roce 1940, kdy byla vypsána soutěž na regulaci Luhačovic se stavbou kolonády, pavilonu Vincentky a Výzkumného ústavu. S ohledem na válku jej bylo možné realizovat, až po jejím konci v letech 1947-1951.  |% cze 
520 2 9 |a The thesis concerns the construction activity of Akciová společnost lázní Luhačovických in Luhačovice. From its establishment in 1902, the company begun with the developing of the „new“ spa in Luhačovice in the sense of cultural and curative center of Czechs in Moravia. The rich, but short period of collaboration with Dušan Jurkovič, when were created the most interesting buildings, was in the subsequent year finished. The first building that was realized after Jurkovičs vacation, was the House of Bedřich Smetana from Emil Králík (1908-09). Between the world wars were realized four buildings: Inhalatorium (1921-22, 1925), The dairy shop (1926-27), Administrative building (1927) and Casino (1934-35). The finishing works on whole zone were initiated in 1940, when was announced the competition on regulation of Luhačovice with the realization of colonnade, Vincentka pavilon and the Reasearch institute. The last mentioned was finished in 1947-1951, because of the World War Two.  |9 eng
