| Shrnutí: | V této diplomové práci se zabýváme vztahem mezi depresivní poruchou, osobností a kognitivními a exekutivními funkcemi. Cílem naší práce bylo zjistit, zda po čtyřtýdenní léčbě antidepresivy došlo u pacientů s depresivní poruchou ke zlepšení výkonu ve všech sledovaných kognitivních a exekutivních funkcích oproti stavu na začátku léčby. Za tímto účelem jsme použili baterii neuropsychologických testů. Snažili jsme se také vyjádřit kvalitu pozornosti, neboť může ovlivňovat výkony pacientů v ostatních testech kognitivních a exekutivních funkcí. Též jsme se pokusili postihnout určitý osobnostní profil pacientů trpících depresivní poruchou. Teoretická část pojednává o problematice depresivní poruchy, zahrnující její vymezení, postavení v systému klasifikace, diagnostická kritéria, klinický obraz, kvalitu života jedinců postižených touto poruchou, její průběh, diferenciální diagnostiku, etiopatogenezi a možné metody léčby, včetně psychoterapie. This work is aimed at finding out any improvements to the cognitive and executive functions of patients with depressive disorder after 4 weeks of using antidepressant, compared to the initial stage of the therapy. In this direction we used a battery of neuropsychological tests. We also strived to qualify the quality of observation ort his can influence the test performance of patients in the cognitive and executive functions. We also attempted to involve specific personal profile of patients suffering from depressive disorder.
