Rostlinná společenstva dočasně zaplavovaného eulitorálu stojatých a tekoucích vod v ČR

Práce je zaměřena především na vegetaci tříd Isoëto-Nanojuncetea, Bidentetea tripartitae a Isoëto-Littorelletea, s přesahy k jiným typům mokřadní vegetace. Analýza rozšíření u řady druhů a společenstev obnažených den prokázala výraznou vazbu na některou část studovaného území; to je podmíněno klimaticky i typem substrátu. Malá znalost těchto kontrastů někdy vedla k mylné interpretaci absence nebo vzácného výskytu některých druhů v určitých oblastech, což se odrazilo i v klasifikaci ohrožení a návrzích ochranářského managementu. Práce upozorňuje na tyto případy i na další nepřesné informace o druzích obnažených den, např. Coleanthus subtilis, Elatine triandra, E. hexandra a Cyperus fuscus. |% cze | |
| 520 | 2 | 9 | |a The aim of this dissertation thesis is to: (1) summarise the results of field survey of the vegetation in periodically flooded habitats in the Czech Republic during the years 1997-2005, (2) compare the results with the previously published information on wetland species and communities of other similar habitats in the Czech Republic and abroad. The thesis particularly focuses on the vegetation of the classes Isoëto-Nanojuncetea, Bidentetea tripartitae and Isoëto-Littorelletea, with minor overlap to other wetland vegetation types. The distribution of the species and communities on exposed substrates has in many cases a strong relationship to the part of the studied territory, which is caused by differences in climate or substrate. Poor knowledge of these contrasts has led to misinterpretations of absence or rare occurrence of certain species in some of the regions, which was also reflected in the evaluation of the species threat and conservation management design. |9 eng |
