This bachelor thesis was to describe entering of Turkey to European Union - about the reasons why is good or bad accepting Turkey, about its politics, economic factors and problems connected with this country. The question about ente-ring Turkey to the European Union is very important because Turkey occupies a strategic lo-cation at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The process is very interesting, it has no similarity in the modern history and it has no comparison with any accepting process as well because of Turkish difference from the European norm in terms of economics, demo-graphy, culture, religion, and even basic geography.
