| Shrnutí: | Tato práce je zaměřena na majetkoprávní vztahy, v nichž figurují pozemky jako předmět těchto vztahů. První část této práce je věnována vlastnictví. Jeho stručné charakteristice a obecné orientaci. Vedle toho je součástí této práce vysvětlení pojmu myslivosti a "práva myslivosti", resp. co je jeho naplněním. Třetí část je věnována souvislosti mezi konkrétním výkonem práva myslivosti a vlastnictvím. The goal I set myself in this is to go trhough the given topic "Ground and enjoyment of hunting rights". The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one is dedicated to ownership, its brief characteristics and its conception as legal relationship. It is also dedicated to the individual forms of ownership, meaning exlusive ownership, shares ownership and joint ownership of Husbands, and all this related to the grounds. In the second chapter I characterize "the hunting rights", what it concern and I also explain the basic coceptions which appear in the Act no. 449/2001 Col. about the hunting as amended by further regulations. In the third chapter I try to define the basic prerequisites of the "hunting enjoyment whith respect to the ownership as basic property legal relationship, which is seen from different angles in this thesis. |
