The first part examines the consequences of restrictions in providing Internet betting not only within the European Union but also from the global point of view. The legal grounds for monopolizing national betting markets are typically justified in these countries as a protection of population and public order. The third chapter deals with legal regulations of Community law, principles being referred to by operators oppressed by the member states. |
