| Shrnutí: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výskyt fibrilace síní po kardiochirurgických operacích se zaměřením na aortokoronární bypass. Šetření bylo provedeno na Kardiochirurgické klinice ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou aortokoronárního bypassu a fibrilaci síní. Jednotlivé kapitoly se zabývají historií kardiochirurgie, operačními metodami, kardioanestezií, péčí o kardiochirurgického pacienta a etiologie fibrilaci síní a pooperační fibrilaci síní, rizikové faktory, diagnostika a léčba. Empirická část práce zjišťuje závislost výskytu nově vzniklé fibrilace síní na pohlaví a věku a faktorech, které se podílejí na výskytu nově vzniklé fibrilace síní. Výzkumné šetření bylo porovnáváno mezi hlavním a kontrolním souborem s náhodným výběrem pacientů do našeho empirického šetření. The thesis focuses on the incidence of atrial fibrillation after cardiac surgery with a focus on aortocoronary bypass. The investigation was conducted at the Department of Cardiac Surgery at the University Hospital Olomouc. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of aortocoronary bypass and atrial fibrillation. Individual chapters deal with the history of cardiosurgery, surgical methods, cardioanesthesia, nursing care for the patients after cardiosurgery and etiology of atrial fibrillation and postoperative atrial fibrillation, risk factors, diagnosis and treatment. The empirical part of the thesis investigates the dependence of the incidence of newly-formed atrial fibrillation on gender and age, and the factors that contribute to the emergence of newly formed atrial fibrillation. The research was compared between the main and the control sample with random selection of patients in our empirical survey. |
