| Shrnutí: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hydratace u seniorů a negativními dopady dehydratace na zdravotní stav z pohledu všeobecných sester pracujících ve zdravotních a sociálních službách. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány informace týkající se pitného režimu a dehydratace, popsáno monitorování hydratace a rovněž role všeobecné sestry v managementu hydratace u seniorů. Empirická část prezentuje výsledky kvantitativního průzkumu formou dotazníkové metody, která mapovala znalosti o oblasti hydratace seniorů, a zvyklosti v monitorování hydratace u seniorů. Respondenty tvořily všeobecné a praktické sestry ze zařízení poskytovatelů sociálních a zdravotních služeb. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of hydration in elderly and negative effects of the dehydration on the health status from the nurse’s viewpoint. In the theoretical part information about the fluid intake and dehydration are presented, after that there was described monitoring of hydration and also the role of nurse in management of hydration in elderly. The empirical part presents facts obtained during quantitative survey, which was mainly focused on the nurse´s knowledge about assessments of hydration in elderly, and also practice of monitoring hydration in elderly. Respondent group was composed by nurses from the hospitals of acute care and from the homes for the elderly (social care facilities). |
