| Summary: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poranění páteře a míchy. Teoretická část je zaměřená na celkovou problematiku poranění páteře a míchy. Je zde popsána anatomie páteře a míchy, etiologie a patofyziologie poranění, diagnostika a terapie poranění, specifické komplikace a ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s tímto poraněním. Praktická část je založena na zpracování kvantitativního výzkumu metodou nahlížení do zdravotnické dokumentace. Cílem je zmapovat nejčastější mechanismus úrazu páteře. Dále pak určit věkovou skupinu, která je nejvíce ohrožena vznikem zlomeniny páteře a nejčastější komplikace, které toto poranění mohou doprovázet. Bachelor thesis deals with spinal and spinal cord injuries. The theoretical part is focused on the general problems of injuries of spine and spinal cord. Anatomy of spine and spinal cord, aetiology and pathophysiology of injuries, diagnosis and therapy of injuries, specific complications and nursing care in a patient with this injury are described. The practical part is based on the processing of quantitative research by the method of viewing the medical documentation. The aim is to map the most common mechanism of spinal cord injury. Next, specify the age group most at risk of fracture of the spine and the most common complications that may accompany the injury. |
