Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou amidoderivátů kyseliny dichlorofosforečné pomocí Kirsanovovy reakce a následné částečné hydrolýzy. V experimentální části jsou popsány jednotlivé syntézy, jejichž produkty byly charakterizovány pomocí dostupných fyzikálně chemických metod. Podařilo se připravit jeden amidoderivát kyseliny dichlorofosforečné a dva P−N−C ligandy. Pomocí RTG difrakce byla stanovena dosud nepublikovaná struktura Cl2P(O)−NH−C(O)C6H5. |% cze | |
| 520 | 2 | 9 | |a This thesis deals with the synthesis of N-substituted phosphoramidic dichlorides by the Kirsanov reaction and subsequent partial hydrolysis. The prepared products were reacted with amines to obtain P−N−C ligands. The introductory chapter presents a literature overview of the topic. The experimental chapter describes particular syntheses and their outcomes which were characterized by physicochemical methods. Overall, one N-substituted phosphoramidic dichloride and two P−N−C ligands were prepared. By means of X-ray diffraction, the thus far unknown structure of Cl2P(O)−NH−C(O)C6H5 was determined. |9 eng |
