| Shrnutí: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou inkontinentní dermatitidy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na příčinu, příznaky, diferenciální diagnostiku dekubitů a dermatitid. Také na její prevenci a péči o kůži pacientů s inkontinentní dermatitidou. Předmětem empirické části práce je kvantitativní průzkum dotazníkovou metodou s cílem zhodnotit znalosti a zvyklosti všeobecných sester a zdravotnických asistentů o IAD, o její diferenciální diagnostice a o jejím ošetřování. Dalším cílem je vytvořit stručné doporučení pro prevenci a léčbu dermatitid souvisejících s inkontinencí (IAD). This bachelor’s thesis deals with an issue of Incontinence Associated Dermatitis (IAD). The theoretical part is focused on a cause, symptoms and a differential diagnosis of pressure ulcers and dermatitis. Further in the theoretical part, the prevention of the disease and care of the skin of patients with incontinence dermatitis is described. The subject of the empirical part is a quantitative survey, which is realised by the questionnaire method. The goals of the survey are to evaluate knowledge and conventions of nurses and healthcare assistants about an incontinent dermatitis, its differential diagnosis and its treatment. Another goal is to create a short recommendation for a prevention and a treatment of dermatitis related to incontinence (IAD). |
