Magisterská práca sa zaoberá pohľadom personálu, ktorí pracuje v zariadeniach sociálnych služieb na seniora a starobu. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje opisu staroby, starnutia a približuje problematiku seniorov a zmien, ktoré sú prirodzené so stúpajúcim vekom. Definuje pojmy ako geriatria a gerontol...

Údaje boli získavané formou dotazníkového šetrenia, ktorý bol zameraný na získanie informácií o pohľade, názore a vzťahu personálu k príjemcom starostlivosti- seniorom. |% cze | |

The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to description of old age, ageing and closer describes problems of seniors and changes, which are natural for growing age. It gives a definition of such terms as geriatrics and gerontology and describes the health system and social care about seniors in the Slovak republic. As for the empirical part there are interpreted results of qualitative research, which was conducted in six different nursing homes. Data were obtained by the form of questionnaire research method, which focused on gaining information about seniors - acceptors of care from the point of view of nursing home staff, their opinion and relationship. |9 eng |
