| Shrnutí: | Diplomová práce Polypragmazie a léková sorrorigenie u seniorů se zabývá problematikou chybovosti sester v aplikacích léků a jejich možným vlivem na výskyt polypragmazie u seniorů. Obsahově je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky o polypragmazii a sorrorigenii a propojuje tato témata s rolí sestry v aplikacích léků. Pro komplexní pohled byla do této části práce zařazena také kapitola farmakoterapie ve stáří. Empirická část práce se věnuje kvantitativnímu průzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření za použití anonymního originálního dotazníku, které bylo provedeno v pěti krajských nemocničních zařízeních. Respondenty byly všeobecné sestry lůžkových oddělení geriatrie, chirurgie a interny. Zjištěná data byla analyzována a pomocí stanovených hypotéz dále zpracována a hodnocena. The thesis Polypharmacy and drug nursing errors for seniors deals with the issue of error of nurses in the administration of drugs and their possible impact on the incidence of polypharmacy in the elderly age. The content is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part of the work summarizes the findings of polypharmacy and nursing errors and connects these topics with the role of the nurse in drug application. For comprehensive view has been to this part of the work included a chapter pharmacotherapy in elderly age. The research focuses on quantitative survey via a questionnaire survey using anonymous originál questionnaire, which was performed in five regional hospitals. The respondents were nurses of inpatient department of geriatrics, departments of internal medicine and surgery. Observed informations were analyzed by using a set of hypotheses further processed and evaluated. |
