Zjišťuje, jakou formou jsou v agenturách domácí péče nehojící se rány dokumentovány, zda se liší rozsah hodnocených parametrů nehojících se ran v jednotlivých agenturách, zda jsou k hodnocení využívány objektivizující metody. The documentation of wounds is an essential part of medical documentation regarding patients with non-healing wounds. It is of both forensic and medical significance. Purposefully lead documentation allows to follow the development of the wound over time, and to observe the response to local and general treatment; it also helps to secure the continuity of medical care. The thesis focuses on the evaluation and documentation of non-healing wounds in home care agencies. It traces how the non-healing wounds are documented in the home care agencies, whether the range of assessed parameters of the non-healing wounds differs in individual agencies, and whether objectifying methods are used during the evaluation process. |
