Práce přibližuje související právní úpravu České republiky a některých dalších států. Zaměřuje se především na soudní ochranu a žalobní legitimaci sdružení na ochranu přírody.  |% cze

That’s why especially the national laws are subject of examination. Die Doktorarbeit mit dem Titel „Der Einfluss des Unionsrechts auf die Beschlussfassung hinsichtlich der mit dem Umweltrecht verbundenen Projekte“ beschäftigt sich insbesondere mit der Problematik des Einflusses der Rechtsvorschriften der EU auf die auf der nationalen Ebene durchzuführende Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung. Demzufolge werden in der Arbeit hauptsächlich die nationalen Rechtsvorschriften näher analysiert.  |9 eng
