Bakalářská práce se věnuje místně cílené mutagenezi genu ferA u bakterie Paracoccus denitrificans. Porovnáním NADH:FMN oxidoreduktasové aktivity rekombinantního enzymu rFerA s jeho čtyřmi mutantními formami byla zjištěna míra změny katalytické aktivity.
