Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy mobbing, bossing, staffing a sexual harassment. Dále pojednává o jednotlivých formách, příčinách, motivech a průběhu těchto forem násilí. Zaměřuje se také na projevy těchto forem patologických vztahů v prostředí pracoviště, na jejich oběti a na dopady, které mobbing, bossing a staffing má na pracovišti na jedince a organizaci. V práci se poukazuje i na výsledky již proběhlých výzkumných šetření v ČR, ze zdravotnické oblasti. V empirické části práce mapuji znalosti dotazovaných osob o patologických formách chování a jejich zkušenosti s nimi. Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, kolik respondentů se setkalo za svoji pracovní kariéru s mobbingem, bossingem či staffingem a jakým způsobem situaci řešili a zda ji řešili i s nadřízeným pracovníkem. |% cze | |

The theoretical part provides the reader with the definitions of mobbing, bossing, staffing and sexual harassment. Examples of the typical forms, causes and motives of behaving in such a way at a workplace are mentioned, followed by the consequences of these relations on both the individual’s mental health and the organization’s profit. Also, the thesis reviews the findings of research done in this area in the Czech Republic (from medical field).
