První kapitola se týká motivace a popisuje, jaký význam má motivace při učení a navrhuje možnosti motivace v matematice. Druhá kapitola obsahuje konkrétní motivační úlohy z vybraných partií středoškolské matematiky, které jsou členěny na historické, aplikační a zábavné. |% cze | |

The thesis is intended for teachers or students of education who want to make mathematics, often an unpopular subject, more approachable for their high school students. This thesis is divided into two main chapters. The first chapter deals with the concept of motivation, it describes the importance of motivation in learning and suggests possible ways to motivate high school students in their mathematics classes.
