Využití hysteroskopické aplikace radiokoloidu respektuje anatomické souvislosti a přirozenou drenáž endometria. | 520 | 2 | 9 | |a The purpose of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of sentinel lymph node (SLN) detection in endometrial cancer using hysteroscopic administration of radiocolloid and combination of preoperative lymphoscintigraphy with intraoperative gamma-detection probe examination. SLN detection in endometrial cancer appears to be a promising method with potential for decreasing unnecessary surgery radicality and for staging clarification. The utilization of hysteroscopic application of radiocolloid respects the anatomical consequences and natural lymphatic drainage of the endometrium.
