| Shrnutí: | Diplomová práce se zabývá terapií obézního diabetika, tj. léčbou obezity a diabetu mellitu 2. typu a to prostřednictvím metody konzervativní a chirurgické. Teoretická část diplomové práce začíná kapitolami o charakteristice a diagnostice obezity a diabetu mellitu 2. typu. Další kapitoly se již věnují samotným možnostem terapie, tj. léčbě konzervativní a terapii chirurgické, které je s ohledem na zaměření diplomové práce ponechán největší prostor. Poslední kapitola teoretické části obsahuje srovnání léčby konzervativní a terapie chirurgické. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá především zkoumáním vlivu konzervativní léčby a chirurgické terapie na tělesnou hmotnost, diabetes mellitus 2. typu a další přidružená onemocnění. V závěru diplomové práce je na základě všech zjištěných skutečností formulován závěr. The thesis deals with the obese diabetic therapy, ie. treatment of obesity and diabetes mellitus type 2 through a conservative and surgical methods. The theoretical part of the thesis begins with chapters on the characteristics and diagnosis of obesity and diabetes mellitus type 2. The other chapters deal with the particular possibilities of therapy, ie. treatment by conservative and surgical therapy, to which there is given most space with regard to the focus of the thesis. The last chapter of the theoretical part contains a comparison between a treatment of conservative and surgical therapy. The practical part deals mainly with examining the influence of the conservative treatment and surgical therapy on body weight, diabetes mellitus type 2 and other associated diseases. The concluding part deals with the formulated findings. |
