Možnosti praktické aplikace nástrojů nonproliferačního režimu jsou ilustrovány na aktuálním případu íránského jaderného programu, na němž jsou dokladovány limity systému. | 520 | 2 | 9 | |a The dissertation thesis „Nuclear Weapons Nonproliferation Regime: Challenges and Future“ deals with the topic of nuclear weapons nonproliferation, specifically with current issues of the nonproliferation regime and with factors that could affect its future development. The opening part of the thesis analyzes an emergence and an early development of the regime, more precisely of the two constitutional elements - International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and her safeguard system and the Non-proliferation Treaty (NPT). Practical applications of the nonproliferation instruments are illustrated by the case study of Iranian nuclear program, which clearly shows the limits of the system. The core part of the thesis is dedicated to the main issues of the nonproliferation regime - both to the current ones, as well as to the ones that could reveal its importance in the future. |9 eng |
