| Shrnutí: | Práce se zabývá problematikou péče státu o talentované sportovce. V teoretické části se zabývá možnostmi finanční péče o sport v tělesné kultuře, rozdělením financování v soukromém i státním sektoru, problematikou financování mládeže i problematikou podpory talentované mládeže neziskovými organizacemi. Všechny uvedené zdroje financování by měly podpořit dostatečnou péči o talentované sportovce třemi způsoby. V počátku je to dostatek finančních prostředků pro rozvoj masového sporu včetně školního sportu a sportu pro všechny. Ve druhé fázi se jedná o podporu výkonnostního sportu. Ve třetí fázi se jedná o podporu vrcholových sportovců na úrovni státní reprezentace. Ve výzkumné části se práce zabývá analýzou stávajícího systému podpory v zemích Evropské unie i v České republice a provádí komparaci těchto podpor z pohledu talentované mládeže. Dále se zabývá problematikou podpory sportovně talentované mládeže domácnostmi. U vybraného souboru rodičů ze tří sportovních klubů, které pracují ... The dissertation deals with the state care for talented athletes. The theoretical part deals with the possibilities of financial care for sport in physical culture, the distribution of financing in both private and public sectors, the financing of youth and issues of support for talented youth by non profit-making organizations. All these sources of financing should support adequate care for talented athletes in three ways. In the beginning, it is sufficient financing means for the development of popular sport, including school sport and Sport for all. The second phase is about support of Top-Performance sport. The third phase is about support of top sportsmen at the State-level representation. The research section deals with the analysis of the current system of support in the European Union and in the Czech Republic and carries out a comparison of these supports in terms of talented youth.
