520	2		\|a Předložená rigorózní práce se zaměřuje na téma německého odborného jazyka a v užším smyslu odborného jazyka práva se zvláštním zřetelem k normativnímu jazyku německého akciového zákona. Po přiblížení pojmu odborného jazyka a jeho definičním vymezení se práce věnuje zvláštnostem odborného stylu z pohledu jednotlivých vrstev hierarchicky strukturovaného jazykového systému. Obdobná systematika je pak zvolena rovněž pro zpracování jazykové charakteristiky odborného stylu právního jazyka. V závěrečné části se zájem práce soustředí na jazykově praktickou analýzu německého akciového zákona vycházejíc z teoretických poznatků dříve prezentovaných. Na řadě konkrétních příkladů získaných excerpcí příslušného textu zákona jsou praktickým způsobem demonstrována specifika tohoto textového typu na všech jazykových úrovních a současně jsou cestou srovnání s češtinou jako cílovým jazykem navrhována možná doporučení pro překladatelskou praxi. 520	2	9	\|a The thesis submitted for attainment of the PhDr. academic degree focuses on the linguistic issue of the German technical language and on the language of the legal profession in a narrow sense (the so called “legalese”), whereby special attention is paid to the legal text of the German Stock Corporation Act. Upon a linguistic analysis of the phenomenon of technical language and its definition the specific features of this style are dealt with from the viewpoint of the individual layers of the hierarchically structured language system as such. Subsequently, the identical systematic method is used for approaching the linguistic phenomenon of the legalese. The final part of the thesis is represented by a practically-orientated analysis of the German Stock Corporation Act, taking advantage of the theoretical knowledge presented in its preceding chapters.
