| Shrnutí: | Předložená práce se zabývá vývojem státotvorného myšlení v evropském prostoru v kontextu filozofickém, historickém a právním. Nastiňuje historické a politické útvary na území ČR s ohledem na postavení hlavy státu. Důraz je kladen na kompetence prezidenta v kontextu samostatné republiky. Práce rovněž podává určitý komparativní přehled prezidentských pravomocí ve vybraných ústavách zemí Evropy, Ruska a USA. Vzhledem k našemu členství v Evropské unii je současně zmiňována i problematika „hlavy státu“ Evropské unie. Neméně důležitou součástí práce je analýza základních znalostí a povědomí o nejvyšším představiteli státu - prezidentu ČR u žáků vybraných základních škol a studentů víceletých gymnázií. The presented work deals with the development of state-creative thinking in the European area in the philosophical, historical and legal context. It outlines the historical and political formations in the territory of the Czech Republic with respect to the position of head of state. Emphasis is placed on the powers of the President in the context of an independent republic. This work also provides a comparative overview of presidential powers in the constitutions of selected countries in Europe, Russia and the U.S. Due to our membership in the European Union the issue of the “head of state” the European Union is also mentioned. Another important part of this work is an analysis of the basic knowledge and awareness of selected primary school pupils and students of grammar schools about the Head of State - the President of the Czech Republic. |
