Štúdium interakcií Salmonella- hostitel' pomocou elektrónovej mikroskopie
Táto práca je zameraná na porovnanie priebehu infekcie u Salmonella Enteritifdis rfaC mutanta a divokého kmeňa v makrofágoch pomocou elektrónovej mikroskopie. Zistilo sa,že priemerny počet salmonel po infekci u rfaC mutanta a divokého kmeňa sa výrazne nelíšil. Neschopnosť rfaC mutanta vytvoriť si vakuolu , je kompenzovaná jeho zvýšenou tendenciou infikovať bunku. |% cze | |
| 520 | 2 | 9 | |a This work is focused on comparison between Salmonella Enteritidis rfaC mutant and wild type and their infection's characteristics using an electron microscopy. The rfaC mutant is missing the lipopolysaccharides chains. Its lipopolysacharide contains only lipid A. This deficiency results to its inability to create a spacious endozome after the invading the cell, which is in opposition to the wild type form, which creates spacious endozome in the macrophage. It found out, that there weren't any significant differences of average amount of salmonella in the infected cell between rfaC mutant and wild type. The inability of rfaC mutant to create a vacuole is compensated by higher inclination to infect the cell. |9 eng |
