Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím canisterapie u klientů žijících v domovech pro seniory. Skládá se ze dvou částí - teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vy-světlením základních pojmů a přiblížením canisterapie u seniorů. Cílem je zjistit, zda mají klienti ponětí, co canister...

Těžištěm práce je empirická část, která je zpracována na podkladě kvantitativního výzkumu a metody nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Výzkum byl proveden na vzorku 138 respondentů v pěti brněnských domovech pro seniory a v jednom kadaňském za období červen - listopad 2010. |% cze | |

The theoretical part deals with explaining the basic concepts and approaching canistherapy the elderly. The aim is to find out whether the clients have any idea what canistherapy means, whether they would be interested in that and what role an animal presents in their life. The thesis focus is the empirical part, which has been elaborated on the basis of a quantitative research and the method of a non-standardized questionnaire.
