| Shrnutí: | Práca skúma medziinštitucionálne dohody, ktoré predstavujú, aj napriek ich významnosti, jednu z nedostatočne preskúmaných oblastí európskeho práva. Po popísaní základných charakteristík inštitucionálneho rámca EÚ a demonštrovaní vysokej miery vzájomnej previazanosti jednotlivých inštitúcií sú preskúmané na základe ich predmetu chronologicky vybrané jednotlivé medziinštitucionálne dohody. The thesis analyses a phenomenom of inter-interinstitutional agreements (IIAs) which, despite being rather important part of the EU law, are nowadays under-researched. Having described the insitutional framework of the EU and demonstrating a high degree of mutual interdependence of the institutions, the thesis provides a overview of the major IIAs concluded, sorted by their subject matter and date of conclusion. Afterwards, the thesis answers positively the question of an existence of possibility of conceptualization the IIAs and sets out the definition criteria of this phenomenon, as well as it deals with issue of legal effects of the IIAs. In the final part, the thesis determines a position of the IIAs in the framework of the EU law. |
