| Shrnutí: | Cílem studie byla analýza perioperačních změn renálních funkcí při ortotopické transplantaci jater (OLT) a identifikace rizikových faktorů akutního poškození ledvin (AKI) a potřeby náhrady funkce ledvin (RRT) v prvním týdnu po OLT. Po jednom roce po OLT byly hodnoceny vybrané klinické a laboratorní parametry, zaznamenán výskyt chronického onemocnění ledvin (CKD) a provedena analýza vztahu mezi AKI v časném pooperačním období a CKD po jednom roce po výkonu. The aim of the study was to analyze in detail perioperative changes of renal function during orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT), to identify risk factors that were associated with the need of renal replacement therapy (RRT) and with acute kidney injury (AKI) during the first week after liver transplantation. Selected clinical and laboratory parameters at one year after OLT were evaluated. The incidence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) at one year after OLT was recorded and the relationship between AKI in the early postoperative period and CKD at one year after OLT was analyzed. |
