| Shrnutí: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou delirií u seniorů. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která komplexně popisuje psychosyndrom deliria, podává základní rámec o použití restriktivních prostředků a informuje o úloze sestry v péči o delirantní nemocné. V praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Cíli práce bylo zmapovat využívání nefarmakologických intervencí v prevenci vzniku deliria, zjistit způsoby zvládání neklidných delirujících seniorů a zmapovat znalosti sester týkající se problematiky delirií. Výsledky jsou okomentovány v diskusi a závěru. This study will discuss the challenges among seniors diagnosed with delirium. This study is divided into theory part, which describes and discusses delirium, explains the use of restraints and gives information about health care professionals like nurses that care for people with delirium. The second part of this study is practical, which encompasses the final results of the questionairre. The anticipated outcome of this study is to explore the use of non-pharmacological intervention as a prevention durring the occurence of deliria. Another part to this section is to explore the posibilities of dealing with agitated seniors diagnosed with delirium and further explore the nurses‘ knowledge of how to manage some challenges that delirium poses. The last part of this essay will discuss the outcome of the questionarre. |
