Profesní identita představuje jednu z klíčových komponent v rámci profesního vývoje člověka a její utváření je považováno za kritický vývojový úkol v rámci adolescence. Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky vztahující se k adolescenci, identitě, teoriím profesního vývoje a konceptu profesní identity adolescenta. Výzkumná část je postavena na kvalitativní metodologii. Metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů je zjišťováno, jak studenti prvního ročníku vysokých škol prožívají své profesní směřování na počátku studia. Cílem kvalitativního výzkumu je hlouběji proniknout do rozhodovacích procesů a sociálních vazeb, které rozhodování o volbě profesního směřování ovlivňují a pochopit klíčové problémy, které musí dospívající na cestě k vytváření svého profesního Já řešit. Výzkumný soubor tvoří deset studentů. Analýza rozhovorů je prováděna metodou zakotvené teorie.  |% cze

Vocational identity is one of the core components in human career development and it´s construction is thought of as critical developmental task in adolescence. Theoretical part summarizes constructs of adolescence, identity, career development and vocational identity of adolescents. Empirical part is set on qualitative metodology. Semi structured interviews were carried out to find, how first year university students experience career development issues. The goal of qualitative research is to get deeper into the career decision process and it´s social influences and find out the core issues, which adolescents have to solve to achieve their true vocational Self.
