| Shrnutí: | Cílem této práce je prokázat výrazně sníženou úroveň posturální regulace u diabetiků 2. typu vzhledem k hodnotám zdravé populace a nalézt vztah mezi stupněm závažnosti tohoto onemocnění a úrovní posturální regulace. Cíl jsme splnili: 1) Prokázali jsme sníženou úroveň posturální regulace u daných osob. 2) Vztah mezi stupněm závažnosti onemocnění diabetem mellitus a posturální regulací jsme neprokázali. Pracovní hypotézu PH1 jsme prokázali. Osoby s pozdními komplikacemi diabetu 2. typu mají horší výkony PR než osoby zdravé, a to ve všech testech i parametrech posturální regulace. Pracovní hypotézu PH2 jsme neprokázali. Mezi stupněm postižení diabetu 2. typu a výkonem v laboratorních testech posturální regulace je souvislost. The aim of the thesis is to certify distinctly decrease level of postural regulation in type-2 diabetic patients considering the values of healthy population and to search for relation between the level disease relevance and the level of postural regulation. The aim was accomplished: 1) We certified the decrease level of postural regulation in mentioned people. 2) We didn´t certify the relation between the level relevance of diabetes mellitus disease and postural regulation. We certified working hypothesis 1. The patients with late complications of type-2 diabetes mellitus have worse achievements of postural regulation than the healthy people, namely at all tests and parametres of postural regulation. We didn´t certify working hypothesis 2. There is the relation between the level of affection of type-2 diabetes mellitus and the achievements in laboratory tests of postural regulation. |
