| Shrnutí: | V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou dětské revmatologie, a to konkrétně onemocněním juvenilní idiopatická artritida (JIA). V teoretické části popisuji anatomii kloubu, dále se věnuji patologii nemoci, kde uvádím základní rozdělení JIA a vývoj poznání o nemoci v historii, diagnostiku, možnosti terapie JIA a prognózu tohoto onemocnění. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na úroveň informovanosti dětí o své nemoci, dále zjišťuje jejich nejčastější potíže, pohybový režim, pomoc okolí při zvládání obtíží, účast na společných aktivitách dětí stejného onemocnění a jak děti nemoc omezuje při výběru školy, povolání a způsobu trávení volného času. In my bachelor thesis I deal with the topic of child rheumatology, more specifically I explore the Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis disease (JIA). The theoretical part of my thesis describes the joint anatomy, pathology of the disease with regards to the basic types of JIA and knowledge about the disease in the past; it further describes its diagnostics, JIA therapy possibilities, and prognoses of this disease. The empirical part of the thesis explores the extent to which children are informed about their disease, their most common difficulties, physical activities regime, help from the community in coping with difficulties, participation on common activities of children suffering the same disease, and also, how the disease affects children in choosing school, profession, and the type of free time activities. |
