Práce je rozdělena do čtyř časových úseků (období společného státu, období meziválečné, období rozdílných politických režimů a období po znovuobnovení demokratického režimu v České republice). Na základě Bergerovy a Luckmannovy teorie sociální konstrukce reality (the social construction of reality) a Ritzerova čtyřdimenzionálního schématu sociální reality je zkoumáno, zda a jak je demografický vývoj ovlivňován politickou a společenskou situací v dané zemi. |% cze | |

The research was carried out on two countries, Austria and the Czech Republic, in the period between the years 1870 - 2006. The work is divided into four periods (a period of the common state, years between the world wars, a period of two different political regimes and a period after the democratic political system renewal in the Czech Republic). On the basis of a Berger-Luckmann‘s social construction of reality theory and a Ritzer’s four-dimensional social reality scheme, the research is focused on if, and how, the demographic development is influenced by a political and social situation in a certain country. |9 eng |
