První část obsahuje rozbor teoretických přístupů k motivaci a temperamentu, k diagnostice temperamentu a motivace a rozbor dosavadních výzkumů v oblasti vztahů motivace a temperamentu. Výzkumná část obsahuje popis metod, popis vytváření české verze Dotazníku motivačních zdrojů, rozbor výsledků výzkumu a rozbor psychometrických charakteristik použitého Dotazníku motivačních zdrojů. Závěr práce shrnuje výsledky a doporučení pro další výzkumy. The thesis is designed as an explanatory research that is concerned on the question if there is a relationship between the distribution of motivation sources according to the theory of Motivation Sources Theory (Leonard, Beauvais, Scholl, 1999)and temperament according to the theory of Heymans and Wiersma. The first part encompasses the analysis of theoretical approaches to the topic of motivation and temperament, an analysis of approaches to diagnostics of temperament and motivation and analysis of existing researches in this field . The research part of the thesis contains the description of the method, the description of the creation of the czech version of the Motivation sources inventory, analysis of the outputs of the research and also an analysis of the psychometric qualities of the Motivation sources inventory. The end summarises the central outputs and reccomendations for further researches. |
