Tato skutečnost se, zejména díky medializaci některých soudních případů a činnosti občanských sdružení, mužských aktivistických skupin, stala v poslední době velmi diskutovaným a ožehavým společenským tématem. Tato práce vychází především z teorie P. Bourdieho (2000), jenž se domnívá, že současná euro-americká společnost je řádem mužské nadvlády ideologicky založeným na hierarchicky uspořádaném dichotomickém vztahu mezi ženským a mužským rodem, společností, kde struktury mužské moci pronikají skrze celý sociální prostor a všechny společenské instituce, tyto formují a determinují, ale zároveň jsou jejich prostřednictvím také neustále potvrzovány a reprodukovány. | 520 | 2 | 9 | |a Annotation According to statistical evidences in most cases after the parents' divorce custody of under age children is awarded to their mothers. This fact became frequently discussed delicate social issue as some court awards have been given publicity and some men's and fathers alliances have been established recently. This thesis is mostly based on P. Bourdieu's theory (2000) who presumes that our Euro-American society is a society of men's domination ideologically supported by hierarchically organized dichotomic relationship between gender categories. These structures of men's domination infiltrate into the whole social space with its institutions which are formed and determined by those structures but help to confirm and reproduce them at the same time as well. Berger and Luckmann's theory (1999) of social construction of reality reveals in particular how this social order is maintained, reproduced and passed onto next generation trough everyday activities of individuals who intern. |9 eng |
