Sezónní výskyt mnohobuněčných cizopasníků jelce tlouště (Leuciscus cephalus) byl studován v průběhu let 2005 a 2006. Odběry probíhaly v měsících červen, září, listopad 2005 a květen, červenec a říjen 2006 v obci Bohuslavice nad Vláří, řeka Vlára (Česká republika). Bylo vyšetřeno 121 adultních jedinců jelce tlouště. Celkem bylo nalezeno 8180 jedinců parazitů 20ti druhů reprezentujících 5 taxonů. Nejpočetnější skupinu tvořila třída Monogenea. Byly zjištěny rozdíly ve struktuře společenstev cizopasníků mezi jednotlivými odběry. Sezónní dynamika výskytu byla sledována u vybraných druhů ektoparazitů: Dactylogyrus folkmanovae, Dactylogyrus nanoides, Dactylogyrus naviculoides, Dactylogyrus prostae, Dactylogyrus vistulae, Dactylogyrus vranoviensis, Paradiplozoon megan a Gyrodactylus spp. a endoparazitů: Philometra abdominalis, Acanthocephalus anguillae, Pomphorhynchus laevis. Seasonal changes in occurrence of metazoan parasites of chub (Leuciscus cephalus) were studied during years 2005 and 2006. A total of 121 adult chub were investigated from the Vlara river (Southern Moravia, Czech Republic). The fish were sampled three times per year (June, September and November 2005; May, July and October 2006). A total of 8180 individuals of 20 species of metazoan parazites belonging to 5 taxons were found. Monogeneans were the most abundant group. The relationship among water temperature, parasite abundance and species richness was analysed. Differences in parasite community structure in association with water temperature were observed. Seasonal dynamics was investigated for following species of ectoparasites: Dactylogyrus folkmanovae, Dactylogyrus nanoides, Dactylogyrus naviculoides, Dactylogyrus prostae, Dactylogyrus vistulae, Dactylogyrus vranoviensis, Paradiplozoon megan, Gyro. |9 eng |
