Elicitíny,skupina elicitorov, sú malé hydrofilné proteíny bohaté na cysteín vylučované mnohými druhmi mikroorganizmov z rodu Phytophthora ako produkty avirulentných génov. Phytophtora je známy rod pre fytopatológov, zástupcovia tohto rodu zapríčiňujú rôzne patogénne ochorenia a následne veľké škody na úrode poľnohospodársky významných plodín. Najviac preskúmané sú účinky kryptogeínu, elicitínu sekretovaného mikroorganizmom Phytophthora cryptogea. Táto diplomová práca obsahuje popis štruktúry a vlastností kryptogeínu a mutantných proteínov od neho odvodených. Ďalej jej súčasťou sú kapitola o význame draselných iónov a ich transporte v rastlinách, popis účinkov oxidu dusnatého na tabakové bunky i celé rastliny a výsledky mojej experimentálnej práce, ktorej náplňou bolo meranie zmien koncentrácie draselných iónov v extracelulárnom prostredí a oxidu dusnatého po vyvolaní obrannej reakcie v bunkách tabaku rôznymi elicitínmi. |% cze | |

Elicitins, family of elicitors, are small hydrophilous proteins, which are secreted by many races of mikroorganisms from genus Phytophthora like products of avirulence genes. Phytophtora is the well-known genus for phytopathologists, causing diseases of the economically important staple crops such as potato, cocoa and soybean. Cryptogein is the best-studied elicitin, it is secreted by Phytophthora cryptogea. This diploma thesis contains structure and property description of cryptogein and mutant proteins implied from cryptogein. In this diploma thesis you can find chapter about signification of potassium ions and their transport in plants, description of effects of nitric oxide to tobacco cells and whole tobacco plants and results of my experimental work too. Contens of my laboratory work was measuring of changes in concentration of potassium ions in extracellular medium and concentration of nitric oxide after develop. |9 eng |
