Představeny jsou související teorie a koncepty, od konceptu informační společnosti přes Revolution in Millitary Affairs až po doktríny Network Centric Warfare a Fourth Generation Warfare. Cyberwarfare je chápáno jako součást a subtyp Information Warfare. Typologie ozbrojených konfliktů (členící konflikty na válku, guerillu a terorismus), je porovnána s novými formami vedení boje. Výzkum směřován k nalezení odpovědi na otázky, zda jde v případě kybernetického boje o nový a odlišný typ konfliktu, a zda existuje kybernetická varianta terorismu a co je její případnou podstatou. Výsledkem výzkumu je pak zjištění, že kybernetický boj je pouze součástí širšího typu vedení konfliktů ve vyspělých a proti vyspělým společnostem. Tento typ vedení boje není zcela nový, má svoje předchůdce. Odlišná je pouze role, kterou hraje, neboť se stal dominantní. Formy boje, které pak byly dříve chápány jako samostatné typy konfliktů, jsou v kontextu nové generace válčení integrální součástí taktiky a strategie. \|% cze
520	2	9	\|a My work is a research about the character of cybernetic conflicts. Related theories and concepts are introduced: from the concept of Information Society to Revolution in Military Affairs to the Network Centric Warfare and Fourth Generation Warfare doctrines. Cyberwarfare is understood as being a subtype of the Information Warfare. The typology of armed conflicts (dividing conflicts into war, guerrilla and terrorism) is compared with new forms of combat. The research aims at finding an answer to whether, in the case of cyberwarfare, we can talk about a new and different type of conflict, whether there is cybernetic terrorism and what is its possible basis. The results show that cyberwarfare is only a part of a wider type of warfare in and against the developed countries. This type of warfare is not new altogether - it has its predecessors. Only the role it plays is different - it has become dominant. The forms previously considered to be independent forms of conflicts are, in the context of the new generation of warfare, an integral part of the tactics and strategy. \|9 eng
